Deliciously Fun Halloween Decorations
Crisp leaves swirl in the autumn wind. Spooky faces peek from cobweb-covered windows. Neighborhood kids dream of fantastic costumes. Halloween season is here!
Try these two fun and yummy Halloween craft ideas that big and little goblins will love:
Popcorn Jack-o-Lantern -- Large Window Decoration or Centerpiece
- One Pop Party Pack – 5-gallon clear plastic bag filled with delicious popcorn
- Black sharpie marker
Your popcorn will arrive fresh and delicious in a clear 5-gallon plastic bag – both Cheesy Cheddar and Hoppin’ Jalapeno popcorn are the perfect pumpkin-orange color, but feel free to use any flavor you like. Gently shake the bag a bit to make it more round or oval. Use a black sharpie marker to draw a grinning, glaring, or silly Jack-o-Lantern face. Place your Popcorn Jack-o-Lantern on display to greet trick-or-treaters or Halloween party guests.
Mini Popcorn Jack-o-Lantern Snack Bags:
- One Pop Party Pack – 5-gallon clear plastic bags filled with popcorn flavor of choice (each Pop Party Pack holds about 80 cups of popcorn)
- Small, clear snack-sized bags -- one per party guest (or party ghost!)
- Black sharpie markers
- Twist-ties
Give each guest a small clear plastic bag and a black marker to draw a Jack-o-Lantern face on the bottom part of their bag. Use a cup to scoop popcorn out of the large Pop Party Pack into the small decorated bags – filling each bag ¾ full with popcorn. Secure bags with a twist-tie to make Jack-o-Lantern “stems” on top.
*Remember – you might want to order TWO Pop Party Packs so that you can have (1) a full, large decorated Popcorn Jack-o-Lantern on display and then (2) use the popcorn from the other Pop Party Pack to fill the small Jack-o-Lanterns that your little ninjas and princesses can take home after the party or can munch during a spooky-fun Halloween movie night.
